I stared week 3 a day early because I woke up and just fancied a run! It’s the first time in my life that thought has appeared in my head.
I went with it and got ready. I feel like there’s a big leap from week 2 runs to week 3. The 3 minute run felt like a very long time and the first one I did have to stop a little before she said too.
After the recovering walk I started up again and a woman walking past me said ‘Go on, run like the wind!’. It made me smile and really spurred me on and with that I ran the 3minutes no problem.
Also collected some conkers on my cool down walk.
I hope you guys are doing great, have a fab Sunday xxx

I hope you didn't run on your rest day! I'm doing this run on Tuesday and looking forward to getting on to week 3. Well done for carrying on after not quite making the first run, no problem slowing to a walk occasionally if it it means you get through the time allotted. Sometimes it takes a while for your muscles, joints, heart, lungs, running brain to wake up to the idea that you're running! My app never tells me to buy cookies tho, am I using the wrong version?
