Well I was worried about this one but it’s done...5 weeks ago I couldn’t have contemplated it. It was mentally tough around 12 mins but physically ok. Love this programme and all the positive messages on the forum.

Yeah!! Well done! I’m just behind you after doing W5r1 yesterday-I also found it quite hard going on the first half but adjusted and enjoyed the last half! Sounds like the same for run 3!

Good luck, It was much more about mental stamina for me...physically having done runs 1 and 2 you can do run 3.

The 20 minute run worries lots of people but it is a mental challenge more than physical. Week 6 is the last week with walking intervals which can catch some people out so take it easy. The podium beckons. 😃😃😃

Thanks...have just looked at the next 4 weeks...having run 20mins increasing to 30 feels far more achievable
