So, after getting my Achilles checked out and being given the all clear to continue with my journey ( along with a list of exercises), I actually completed Week 5 today - 20 minutes running and I actually had enough in the tank for a little burst of speed at the end - feeling rather proud of myself

So you should... great job. Nothing to be scared of now... you can do 20, you’ll do 25, 28 and 30... enjoy every step along the way.
