Sore shins

Anybody else’s shins really hurt duringabdcafter running? And any ideas how to stop it?

One cause, probably the most common, is landing on your heel and with your foot in front of you. If you’re doing this try to concentrate on landing flat footed, which should bring your foot back and under your body to land.
