Well the thunderstorms last night cleared the air and lowered the temperature to 24C, but raised humidity to 90%! Like running in soup- I flaked a couple of minutes early but managed 2.5 miles with a second mile time of 10.11, so I am over the moon. Need to slow it down a bit more though, slow but steady wins the race. Good luck everyone else running this week and congrats to those who have graduated!

That humidity is a beast and a half, there goes your natural cooling system. Very well done getting 2.5 miles in those conditions
