I can't believe week 2 is already through. I did my last run yesterday evening. Two things occurred: I got my first stitch. It lasted about 10 seconds whilst I was running. And secondly, I didn't need to drink any water during the run. On my first run I was drinking water every chance I could! So I think that's a good sign. I took a sneak peak at week 3 and there's a 3 minute run!! I'm going to rest up this weekend. I booked a yoga class for tomorrow so that should be fun!
