Returning after a break- literally!

So, from nothing I’m up to running 25 mins... I’m really pleased with myself but then walk into my kitchen island and break my little toe- actually had it confirmed by a dr as it was so painful.

Four weeks later- and only wearing flip flops I decided to get my trainers on- but where to start- def notinterested in going back to the beginning!!!

I just got back from a 21 min run!! Am thrilled as it means I can do a couple more 20 min runs and then get back on the waggon for the 25 min runs again- then a few more weeks and I’ll be back on week 9 . I can’t wait- not addicted yet but nearly there....

Way to go... you’re back with very little loss of fitness. I wonder why Nike don’t make running sandals? Not like them to miss an opportunity!
