“Runner coming though” they called as I made my way over the narrow footbridge towards a family on a dog walk around our local lake...I turned around to look for the mythical creature only to realise they were in fact referring to me. Mid W7R2...!!

I’ll take that, I thought as I smiled and was propelled on for a further 12.5 minutes
