Park run

I've now completed my 3rd park run. The first 2 were last september/October before I had to have an operation which stopped me from running for 10 months. I'm now back on it! I've counted today's run as wk7 run3. So wk 8 starts on Monday.

I had to stop 3 times because of stitch which I've never had before and came in at a very respectable time of 33.06, only 30 sec slower than my pb last year. So happy and so proud of me!!
