Chanting 'I CAN do this - This is for ME' I nailed W3R3 #2. I didn't feel confident that I was ready to move on so repeated the last W3 run, then only went and tagged on 5mins running just to see how W4 will feel. Feeling great. Super start to September.

Your head needs a talking to! If you could run 5 after the workout you have what it takes to go week 4. Good job, and repeating is good for confidence. Believe in yourself like your chants... don’t wait for run time, tell yourself often how great you are.
