Just started week 5. I think it’s easy to forget how hard week 1felt and really how well you are doing getting through 5 minute runs. Still can’t envisage a time when I will be able to run for 30 minutes but I’ll keep going and see what happens.

No.. you are getting stronger.. your new running legs are building, as is your stamina and your strength..the more you do, the better it gets.
Slow and steady will take you to amazing places...
