Week 2 run 3 done. Was worried when i woke as I was sore and couldn't move. Few stretches and felt better. New route ran this morning. Feel sick but feel great as well and I done the whole 3mile, in all pleased after a hard Wednesday

Just go steady? No rush at all. Go carefully then you won’t ache as much. Slow is fine for this programme 😃👍🏃‍♂️

What? Week 2 and you're completing 5K already? You must be as fit as a fiddle.

No. I continue on. I'm still walking in places, but what I can't run I walk and try to make sure I cover the 5k distance between them.
