Well, I've done it once and enjoyed it so I'll be doing it again. And it's a gorgeous day, which helps.

Also, W1R3 done, without too much agony. Being a cyclist is helping with cardio and to an extent with muscles but I have a feeling it'll start getting painful in a week or two. At least by then I'll be too far in to give up.

I ran at 7 today. Great way to start the day! I’ve just finished week 2... nervous for next week... but will keep on at it. Good luck!

You’re doing great. I considered morning runs but I’m up between 5 and 6 as it is. Good to hear it suited you.
