Week 3 Run 1 - in the bag!

I was really worried about running for 3 minutes but it wasn't that bad. I paced myself and was surprised when the 3 mins was up on both occasions. Also enjoyed this run more than any others, having fewer intervals makes the session go much quicker and there's less excuse to be constantly thinking about what's next in the session.

Well done... you’re gonna keep on loving it as the walks get less and less. Keep that pace and enjoy the next one.

I thought the same. The thought of the longer periods of running seems a lot worse than the doing. I've noticed I dread run 1 the most and usually for no reason
