I’ve recently finished the programme and am ecstatic I can run for 30 minutes!

I’m just finishing my first week of graduation runs and probably manage about 3.6km in the run (along with the warm up/down walks).

I am quite content with what i’m doing for the next couple of months and definitely not looking to bridge to 10k, but it would be nice to get to 5k.

If I started the podcasts again running my normal pace during the walking intervals and speeding up slightly during the running intervals, would this be a terrible idea?

That could well work... jog, run intervals are good... small increases in pace would be needed. Other than that you could go 15 minutes and go faster... that would have you knowing you had the fuel in the tank. Or you could extend to 32, 34, 36 minutes to increase your fuel tank, enabling you to go faster over 30 minutes. There’s more than one way to skin a cat, or so they say.

Lots of people propose doing this, but I have never heard of any completing it in this manner.
