W1R3 Ouch!

After having been surprised at my pace at the first 2 runs, today's run was little more than a painful shuffle along the canal bank, due to various aches and pains. Admittedly I'm also walking at the weekends but haven't done anything differently. Hopefully it is just a glitch

I am sure it will just be a glitch, what we call here gremlins, little sore spots that can occur anywhere on your body while running, usually 'south' of your waistline. Just take your runs at a nice slow steady pace and you should feel OK.
