Feeling fitter ran all the way except warm up and cool down 💪 never thought I would ever do this running 🏃‍♀️ I always walked miles but never run 😄

Good run and map from you Shadil50, I am in the same boat as you, so to speak, for the last 60 or more years I have walked and cycled miles but never ran since the days when I was at Primary School, Many people here on C25K take up running to reduce weight and in general get fitter, in my case as my weight and BMI were and still is normal, I just started with this running program as an extension to add to my general fitness activities.

Great to hear, me too I’ve never been over weight, but as I’ve hit 50 I see stuff going south 😂 so I thought let’s do this and now I love it xx keep up the great work 😘

I was exactly the same! This programme really does work. It worked for me nearly 6 years ago - and I’m still out there 3 times a week, having fun and occasional adventures 😀
