W2R2 - Tired!

I didn't have the best night's sleep but somehow I got out of bed and got to the gym for 7:45. I increased my brisk walk and kept my run pretty constant until the end where I got a sudden burst of energy. I love the feeling when I get off the treadmill and my legs feel like jelly! For the past three runs, I have burned the same amount of calories which is interesting. I then went on some of the machines because I want to gain muscle. Overall I think it went better than my first run because the last 90 seconds I really went for it. Asides from the normal dull aches exercise brings I'm thankful I haven't had any major soreness. I walked back to my house and it was absolutely chucking it with rain so I'm glad I was indoors!

The calorie burn is not an actual figure, but an estimate, based on your performance and possibly your weight.
