Having felt so upbeat having graduated and completed my first park run on Saturday, cough and sore throat has kicked in, feeling rubbish and haven’t been out to run since ☹️, feeling like all

my hard work 😓 will ebb away if I don’t get out again soon 😢

Awww Clare, sorry you’re feeling rough. Rest up and recover - you won’t lose fitness in that short time. Just take it easy and don’t push yourself when you are back running. Make sure you stay hydrated too.

Chin up! You’ll be back at it in no time! 👍🏻😀🏃‍♀️

Don’t worry Clare, you won’t lose your fitness for at least 2 weeks. Just run when you feel up to it. 🏃‍♀️👏
