Oh my! I really,really didn't want to get up and run this morning.... But I gave myself a good talking to, put on my shiny new trainers, and got on with it. I tracked today's run using runkeeper, and looking at it now, I'm really impressed with myself. Obviously these times/distances include the 5 min warm up and cool down, but even so, a month ago I never would have imagined jogging a kilometre in any time, let alone averaging less than 10 minutes for each. Slow and steady, it's the way forward!

I struggled more with W4R2 today than I did with W4R1 ... I guess there are days like this but we did it! 👍🏻👍🏻

Definitely - I'm struggling with it more mentally than physically, but pushing myself to do it each time is getting better slowly.
