This mornings run didn’t feel as good as run 2 but I did finish it with no problems so maybe it’s just a lack of a bit of PMA. I also know I’ve not really been hydrating enough (a life long issue, although I seem to be able quaff a few halves of nice cold cider on a summers day!)
Anyway, next running on Saturday due to work commitments so am going to make a concerted effort with the liquid intake! (Nonalcoholic!😭)

Some runs are easy, others less so, and there isn’t always an obvious reason why 🤔 But week 1 is the tough one and you did it, so well done for that, and good luck with week 2! 😀👍👏
