Oh yes, an extra 5 added today did make it longer and harder.
It felt extra slow today but I plodded on and I kicked that extra five into touch!! Sanjeev seems to know exactly when to talk telling me I'd done 12 mins rather than 10 which I had expected, psychologically it really helped me. Telling me I only have 60 seconds to go allows me to focus on those tiny fractions of time, not even a breath. One minute is solid and discrete harder to break down.
So thank you to all the team at C25K your psychology is awesome and thanks as always to my virtual runners (feel like I'm at the Oscars 😊) as I have just completed week 6 and i am ready to start week 7 on Friday!!! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

Ha! I know exactly what you mean with the psychological chat and the ‘not telling you you only have 60 seconds’ to go - you have that bit to come 😂 so clever!
