So with still 93/4 to lose. Week 4 looked impossible. I thought I’d do 2 weeks on week 3 which I did for two of the runs. It came to the 3rd run and I had to run past some people and didn’t want to stop straight in front of them, so I kept going and ran for a total of 6 1/2 mins go me so joe got I e more run of the week 4 to do can believe I’m doing this. I ache as met up with family and did a 3 mike walk up hills like 1 in 14 so steep. Today has been a little rest day went to Vindolanda with the family and more hills! Tomorrow’s run is going to be hard

Great job... weight shifting in the right direction too, that’s good. Nice to see you can go further than you think... you’ve gained a lot of fitness already huh? You’re ticking all the boxes here my friend. Walking is great when not running... and yes, the next run is tough, but not as tough as the one doing the running. Keep slow and steady and you’ll get there.
