I’m absolutely buzzing I don’t complete c25k for another 2 runs yet but today I decided to go to my local park run and I’m so glad I did! 35:43 was my time and I’m over the moon with it 😊 when I started this in the first week of June in a million years I would never have believed that by the end of August I would run (yes actually run) 5k and I’m even tentatively thinking about going on to try do 10K 😊

Well done, exactly the same for me yesterday. I pushed myself a bit more over the past few weeks as I’m heading off on holiday tomorrow. Completed my 1st Park Run with 2 runs to go and am absolutely stunned and chuffed at my progress. This app/programme certainly has some mystical powers, I was panicking about running for 5 mins a month ago!
