Well, off I went on run 3 today and purposefully looked up at passing cars to strut my stuff. as I gain confidence,but you know what.. I think it went unnoticed-ha! Am feeling positive although I think a snail could overtake me! 😀

I prefer to run by busy roads. Encourages me not to stop even if I want to incase ppl are looking 🤣 you are a runner now that just blends in. Keep up the good work x
