Am doing week 2 of couch to 5k. Running makes me refreshed and confident. But I get the sharp pain on my heels towards the end of run. It subsides with 2 mts rest. Is there any suggestions to help me. Thanks in advance 😊

You may want to get your gait analysed and invest in some better/proper running shoes.

Run slowly! Slower the better. No hurry, no need to push things at all 🙂
