Didn’t run for 4 weeks, holiday and hot weather.
Boy the first 2 runs back have been hard!!
However, now got a new pain, no idea what it is.
Might be hips, but higher up, more front than side. Any ideas!!!

Might be a lack of core strength as your legs are now stronger than the rest of your body. Maybe google some core strength exercises and see whether they help? Take it easy getting back into your running. Good luck!
