To anyone who follows me, I am still here. Decided that with school holidays, going away and childcare that there was no point stressing about when I could go for a run so took a break, a long break!!! But tomorrow I start again, temperature is down, is going to be cloudy so perfect for starting again. I am just going to run for as long as I can. No plan - just run.
