I’m not good at jogging. I’m 55 and unfit. W1 wasn’t too bad but W2R1 and R2 took me to the edge. Did W2R3 today, found myself doing the 90sec jogs reasonably comfortably instead of screaming (in my head, I couldn’t actually speak) at @MJGold to tell me it’s time to walk. This is working!
