W5 run 3!

Woohoo! Just run for 20 minutes without feeling shattered. Could've carried on but made myself walk home. Following the rules has worked so far.

I'm an early morning runner and have found that 2 mugs of tea is all I need before going out.

Someone suggested tying laces looser which I've found eases any slight discomfort on top of r foot.

Great forum. Very encouraging 😁

You did good, I struggled on that run. Couldn't believe how much further they wanted me to run, but I bow to the Apps better judgement it got me to the end and I'm sure you will. I also like the early morning run, sets you up right for the whole day

Please tell us you cried. Everyone shd have a bit of a blub after 20mins of running. It's a huge milestone and tells you you'll finish the programme.

Watch W6 tho. It's a sneaky little bugger xx
