Well done. I went out yesterday afternoon in the wind and ended up with a glowing wind burnt red face 😊.

Yes you can get to 5k but probably not by w9r3. You only need to do 30mins non-stop to graduate. For the majority 5k comes later ( and means running for a longer time) and for some 5k in 30mins never happens.

Yes, on the graphic I see above, it shows a time of 39.18 for a distance of 3.7km, that would work out for the full 5k distance of a time around 55 minutes. I was a spectator at a 5K 'Santa Dash' last December, many completed that run in over an hour.
