What to wear in the ran

Hi can people please say what they wear in the rain don’t want to over dress thanks

Depends how long the run is... you’re gonna get warm on a long run, so then I always used to wear as little as possible so it dries faster and doesn’t get heavy. Short runs, maybe a rain jacket, and not much on the legs. I don’t really change anything for the weather apart from tying my hair in the wet.

A light waterproof top (preferably breathable) should be more than enough. As in, "in addition to what you normally wear". Otherwise you might be embarrassed or arrested.

Normal rule of thumb is that you'll heat up by about 15 degrees just by running, so don't clobber up with sweaters and scarves and leggings.

And you only get wet once and your skin is probably waterproof.

You'll be fine!!
