Was well prepared and conditions ideal, set off and covered 1st 17 mins, split times were down and shoes not giving much feedback?? 2nd 17 mins and struggling, calf muscles started to ache, begining to think my shoes had given up. Had to adapt my run style to cover the last 17 mins, less heel and more toe. Never happend before so checked mileage covered in current shoes.... in excess of 450 miles!!! New shoes needed 😐😐😐
