Hi everyone, help needed! have been doing OK til week 8 and suddenly it
feels like my legs are not able to manage 😕. Today I had to stop to walk at about 16 minutes in to allow my legs, particularly the right one, to recover..any ideas why this is happening now, and tips or advice?

I'm not a running expert or anything so do take my words with a grain of salt but I was wondering if you, maybe overworked your legs during your last run or prehaps your were running at a faster pace than usual?
I've been told that you will never always have perfect runs. Some will be bad and some will be good you just have to keep going and when it feels rough, stop and rest then carry on when you feel ready.
Good luck ☺
Just today during Week 9 Run 1, I myself was pondering how to get stronger legs .
I wasn't suffering or in pain, but my legs didn't feel 100% up to the challenge, just kind of weak. I've also had heavy legs during some of last week's runs. Hmmm.
I think early on it was all about the mental piece and the cardiovascular piece (for me anyway) and now with longer stretches of running we're being asked to have stronger muscles, too?
So for you was it weakness or pain?
I find when I am hiking or riding my bike and my legs feel like spaghetti, it is usually because I'm hungry. Even though I might not feel the sensation of hunger where I normally would, it manifests itself in body weakness.
