I’ve just done run 2 found second 8 mins bit tough but did it.

Had a sneaky peek at run 3 😳 20 mins all in one go!! Better save space fo a long lie down after that one !

Had a look a week 6 then the running seems to be split into small bites again.

Anybody know why this is please I’m confused🤔

That 20 min run feels great and a fab achievement so enjoy it you'll be more than ready for it.

Wk6 catches a lot of people - me included out by going back to interval runs. It's all part of the plan to push your mental as well as your physical stamina. Don't worry about it and take each one as they come - then you can start relaxing into the longer runs. Never thought I'd say that but it's true😊

Ok, so, don’t worry about any run but the current run. Well done today, and so, now you face putting it all together for the first time. You’ve been running intervals to get your legs ready for this next run. Relax, take it slow and believe... you can do it.
