I have graduated. Two and 1/2 years ago, I was 40 kgs heavier (6.2 stones) and reaching cardio felt like a death sentence so this feels like victory Now, let's build on that! Why not π

Massive congratulations πππ. Well done!! Onwards and upwards now πͺ X
Amazing and well done you! I'm just at the beginning of my journey so the end seems a long way to go...but good to know there is light at the end of the tunnel! It is a challenge being overweight and starting this journey (for more reasons they I would care to mention here!). What would you say were the key things/thoughts that kept you going to the end?
Thank you. It's a great programme and for some reason addictive. I was never a runner, so this defenitely works. I guess one important things is to enjoy it as a personal challenge. If you follow this, you will have the physical ability to achieve, you just need to believe that you can. Commit to it: 30 mn every 2 days isn't a lot (I used to waste 30 mn doing nothing). Maybe take a picture of you before/after (or measurements). It helps to see the results of your work. Good luck!!
Congratulations and well done! Amazing weight loss achievement too! πππΎπ₯ππ₯
