Just got back from final 25min warm up run since holiday. Back to 30 min Friday. Didn’t go too badly but according to Fitbit a lot slower than Monday. I don’t know how accurate Fitbit is or if it’s because I got that old feeling of not wanting to be seen in public come back and didn’t do my proper route. Still onwards and upwards gonna do full 30 min on Friday and do my proper route. Who cares what people think.
