I didn't sleep well last night, and spent all day feeling peaky and out of sorts. The traffic coming home from work was grim. The weather was humid but with no sign of rain.
All of these felt like reasons to delay W7R1. But no, I told myself. Tuesday evening is run time. It's what you do now.
And so I revved my snailometer down to 'heavy shopping + ill-fitting shoes' pace, and did my 25 minutes. I'm so glad I did; I got home feeling a completely different kind of tired - satisfied with a job done.
