Will my knees survive?

Turned 60 in march. Although I've been an over zealous walker for the last 5 years - decided I need to learn to run! Just done W3 first walk. Amazed that knees still ok. Cautiously hoping to complete the programme. Will keep you posted.

Try knee supports! I use them and my knees creak if I forget!

I have a dodgy knee/hip and use a knee support and it’s amazing! It might be worth giving it a go :)
