Feeling a bit disheartened after 1st wk 4 run. After 1st 5min run ankle became really painful and when putting it down on the ground the bending was agony. Walked through the 2nd 3min run. But then ran the 2nd 5min run. Thinking that the trainers I wore were too tight so will go back to my old faithfuls for the next run. Keeping my fingers crossed 😣

Make sure the ankle is fine and then head out and do the run again... take it really slowly and steadily
That is a shame but well done you for not letting this dishearten you...onward and upwards
