I found my rhythm! Yes, it’s slow and steady but I found it and I enjoyed this morning’s run. My brain now knows how far and how long. I did manage to run Strava alongside and I am running at 14.40 which confirms the slow and steady. But I imagine I can increase speed with practice. I am sure I can do W8 and W9 in fact I have already decided that I will probably repeat W9 a couple of times until I am ready to do a Parkrun. I am so delighted to be at this stage - it’s 😂 😂😂

Very well done 👍👍👍
Excuse my dimness but I don't use Strava. What unit is 14.40 please? Is it minutes per kilometer or some such? I also go slow, so it's nice to hear of others not troubling the sound barrier.
Love your confidence re weeks 8 and 9. With that attitude you'll have no worries.
Yes, I am new to Strava too - it is an app that maps and times your activity (run/walk/cycle etc.) and you can be join a community if you wish - 14.40 was my minutes per mile this morning. Slow and steady eh? 😄
