I’m on week 4 of C25K. Up to now I’ve been able to run on a fairly short circuit that takes about 30 mins to walk but as the runs are getting longer how can I gauge how many KM I am running so I can choose a longer circuit?

You can track it using one of several apps... Strava is the most popular out there, it’s like the Facebook of running and cycling! The other option is to go in one direction and turn around at the bell.

Whatever you do though, once you’re tracking, take no notice of the pace, it’s irrelevant.

Yep I've just migrated to Strava but was using Map My Run / Walk before that. I think I prefer Strava but only had it for a few days.

Just remember to switch on GPS (high accuracy location) and some devices may not track correctly if power save modes are on. It's a ritual for me now. GPS on / power save off just before a run, GPS off / power save on once I am done!
