If anything your positivity should increase as you get hooked on those endorphins that you are making. We plan our days too... there’s nothing like a schedule to keep you going.

In fact I am sitting in bed doing that now! Good luck with it (and for me having no excuses was the only way I finished the programme- but I loved it too)
