Right! I've rested and pampered my hamstring. Tomorrow we continue week 7!

I have been injured and at 50 i guess i need to take it easy. It's been 10 days and I've done kettle bells and skipping while recuperating. I'm continuing with week 7 run 2 tomorrow morning. Hopefully, I've given it enough time. Fingers crossed.
