Well I managed the park run so though why not ? It’s another goal and I have till Oct to be fit and ready Having lost a few friends and work colleges over the years to cancer I saw this as an opportunity to give something back and raise some funds for cancer research.
I know I can run the 5k but want to improve my time. Is it a matter of simply running more and the fitness level will increase ?
