Just read the post that says β€˜running is the battle between the part of your brain that wants to stop and the part that says carry on’... when I got cramp in my left calf at the 3 min mark carry on brain had to really dig in and tell achy calf and stop brain to hush, as we were doing this! Stop brain was sure we couldn’t do it and achy calf was backing him up... but gut feeling and carry on brain won! πŸŽ‰πŸ’ͺ🏻 When the β€˜feels’ started to kick in at 18 mins the battle was over and it feels wonderful to have completed 25 mins 😁

Creating my new playlist tomorrow for next week, will be keeping some pacemaking favourites and adding in some new ones to mix it up a bit.
