Week 3 done


Really hot out there but kept telling myself to pace it so I could maintain a conversation if I was with someone. Felt I was getting into my stride on the third run but still pretty knackered by the end.

Heart rate still averaging mid 160s and peaked at 186 at one point which surprised me as I felt I was slower and calmer this time. It is really hot though and I've had a busy week. I feel fine and not dizzy so I'm gonna try to stop worrying about peak heart rate vs cardio etc.

Onwards to the big jump that is week 4!

Peak heart rate is for much later... the 4 minute mile was broken a bit back and Dr Bannister’s heart rate is still unknown lol
