No running partner today as he’s at work so it is a treadmill day. Hated the 1st half, the 2nd half wasn’t so bad my calves had stopped screaming “what are you doing silly woman” by that point 😂 but I did it. I ran the 1st half @ 3.5mph then in the 2nd half gradually upped it to 3.9mph. Covering 1.6 miles. Woohoo fingers crossed I can get out on Sunday for an outdoor run. Hubby’s been out this morning on his last long run before he winds down for his next half marathon so we’re off this evening after the Warrington/Leeds rfl match, to the local park he goes to for his park runs. Fingers crossed. Thanks. X
