W9R2 - best run ever!

I'm in touching distance of graduation but to be honest Monday's W9R1 was pretty "meh" so I was amazed to find today's R2 was sublime.

I think the rest day really did allow me to get my stamina up.

I'm a slow runner but whereas for R1 I stuck to 7.4kmh for the full 30 mins, this time I was able to go to 8.0kmh for the last 5 mins and still feel great at the end.

I was pretty sure I was never going to *love* ❤️ running but would always see it as a means to an end.

But now I think I've turned the corner and might be falling in love with running itself!!!

Roll on Friday and (hopefully) graduation. Quite excited.

Well done you - I found the last two runs in particularly the final run really awful but had found the rest of the runs wonderful! Keep going you're doing fantastically
