It took longer than 30 minutes but I thought I’d see if I could actually run 5K as my last C25K run. The good news is that I can. I just need to work on getting faster now. I’m feeling quite proud of myself today 😁

Congratulations. Was just saying a day or two back that while 10% hit 5k in 30 minutes by graduation, I’d imagine most graduates can run 5k, and there’s some proof!
